EZWrite can directly open a wide range of documents such as MS Office files and images, providing employees with a convenient way of making annotation. This functionality allows employees to conduct smooth, productive meetings without connecting a computer to the display.

Tap into instant visual communication with BenQ’s InstaShow™ wireless presentation solution. With a hardware-based design, Instashow™ requires zero software to operate. This empowers up to 16 participants to present wirelessly, free from cable constraints, by instantly streaming digital content from devices onto the RP840G.
Plug in BenQ’s QCast video streaming dongle to enhance multimedia sharing. Using the accompanying QCast software, employees can stream crisp 1080p digital content from an iOS or Android™ smart device onto the big screen with a simple tap.
The RP840G is loaded with powerful apps for business presentations including WPS Office, Web Browser and Media Player. This allows businesses to reduce issues caused by the use of unauthorized apps while enabling quick access to various documents, online sources and videos.
The RP840G has media USB and Slot-in-PC ports integrated into the bezel design to ensure maximum connectivity and a friendly user experience. The media USB port allows employees to share photos, music and videos from any USB-capable device. The Slot-in-PC port makes the RP840G compliant with x86 and Windows systems in order to ultimately enhance the display’s functionality.
Designed with employees' eyesight in mind, the RP840G is built with proprietary eye-care technology in order to deliver a zero-flicker viewing experience with ultra-low blue light emission. This can prevent eyestrain, eye fatigue and macular degeneration associated with extended sessions in front of a display.
Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) software can remotely manage and control not only a full array of BenQ interactive flat panels but also a wide range of third-party display products. Through local network or serial port, MDA provides centralized control that lets IT personnel schedule display on/off times and monitor display status in real time. This eliminates the time, cost and effort associated with adjusting and maintaining individual units.

EasySetting is a software utility that allows IT personnel to upload, download and install Android™ apps onto a wide selection of displays automatically through BenQ’s cloud server, thereby saving tremendous amounts of time and effort when installing apps. Even when displays are in different locations, EasySetting still ensures one-time configuration for corporate operations.
Over-the-air updates make it a breeze to keep display firmware and drivers up-to-date. On startup, the system will automatically detect updates via network and enable firmware upgrading with a few easy steps. It’s a handy aid for keeping displays operating smoothly and at peak performance.
