May I have further information about dust proof design of DX808ST and DX825ST?
DX808ST/DX825ST is equipped with 20mm single-layer dust filter, which is able to avoid big particles entering up to 90% , greatly increasing protection in especially dusty environments. For added peace of mind, DX808ST/DX825ST also possess built-in Filter Timers that can remind users to replace filters. Which types of BenQ projectors require a power cycling process?
For BenQ projectors designed for general home entertainment and business use, we recommend powering off the projector for 2-3 minutes after every 12 hours of constant use for longer lasting reliability and maximized projector lifespan.
BenQ professional projectors designed with corresponding industrial standards can be used continuously for more than 12 hours and do not require a power cycling process as our home and general-use business projectors do.
If you have any questions, please contact your local BenQ customer care team for further assistance. Thank you.

May I have further information about hall sensor?
Hall sensor proves invulnerable to dust accumulation. BenQ Dust GuardTM's hall sensor is significantly more dust-resistant than traditional sensors, with uncompromised functionality even when levels of dust deposits reach 7X* higher. The hall sensor utilizes magnetic signals for timing, which is invulnerable to dust accumulation. Even in severe environments with possible dust accumulation, the hall sensor signal can still effectively distinguish colors for precise alignment and uninterrupted projection.
After experimenting in the same environment, hall sensor maintains normal functionality even after having 40g of sand inside, whereas traditional sensor loses its detection capacity after having 6g of sand inside.
