The GS50 Early Bird Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-order”) with BenQ Europe B.V. By ordering the products from our webstore, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Pre-order reservation
You can pre-order our GS50 via our website. When placing your order, you are required to provide information, such as your address and billing information. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to confirm the information is accurate and correct.
The pre-order limit is one per person, and you acknowledge and agree that BenQ Europe B.V. may cancel a pre-order reservation to avoid any oversubscription. If you have pre-ordered more than one GS50, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the oversubscribed order(s).
You will be charged the full price of the product at the time of placing the Pre-order. Payment for the product must be made using one of the methods made available at the point of check out. Free shipping is available upon ordering the product (excluding shipping to the UK). The 15% discount is available when entering the discount code in the shopping cart during checkout. The purchase price does not include import duties or other governmental charges, which are solely the Buyer’s responsibility.
Products that are ordered and paid for during the Early Bird Pre-order period (10 November 2021 – 30 November 2021) will be delivered on 1 December 2021 on a first-ordered, first-served basis upon product availability.
4. Returns and defects
By law you have the right to return a product under certain conditions. If you wish to return the product, please refer to BenQ Europe’s return policy (https://www.benq.eu/en-eu/policy/shop-returns.html).
Cancellation of your order can only be done before the order is shipped. After the cancellation is completed, it can take up to 10 working days for the order amount to be refunded back to your account. More information can be found under the ‘Return Information’ on the BenQ website.
6. Force majeure
BenQ Europe B.V. will not be held liable for any delays or problems that arise from circumstances beyond our control that we could not have avoided or overcome within reason.
7. Applicable Law
The terms and the orders are governed by the laws of The Kingdom of The Netherlands, to the extent permitted by the provisions of applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Buyer’s country of residence.
