Answer: Products that are ordered and paid for during the limited time offer order period (June 15 – 15 July 2022) will be shipped starting 10 July on a first-ordered, first-served basis upon product availability. Answer: Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed as the system won’t allow this. However, BenQ accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team.
