Awarded international technology patents in US and Taiwan, BenQ Brightness Intelligence, and Brightness Intelligence Plus technologies actively detect ambient color temperature or environmental brightness to automatically adjust display brightness and color temperature for the most comfortable and accurate viewing experience. As the first manufacturer to achieve flicker-free LCD monitor certification in 2013, this announcement is the latest in a string of BenQ’s historical firsts in eye-care technology. BenQ Flicker-Free Technology eliminated fatigue-inducing flicker at all brightness levels, ensuring maximum user comfort. Unlike conventional LCD screens that imperceptibly flicker 250 times per second, BenQ eye-care monitors provide immediate relief from eyestrain.
