Service Logistics Specialist
Job Profile
We are looking for someone who is pro-active, driven, and solution oriented to join our Service logistics (SL) team within the Customer Care Department.
As a SL, you will need to ensure that we fulfil the demands from our partners timely and cost efficiently. This will be a very challenging and fulfilling role because there are many partners to work with, and freedom to work creatively. You will be working with a very friendly, supportive team in a department that really cares about the service that we provide to our customers.
Core tasks
As a Service Logistics Specialist you will work in a team that covers all areas related to after sales activities.
- Coordination and arrangement of service support to ASP (Authorized Service Partner) and end customers;
- Review and improvement/ follow up of Service Logistics Performance;
- Initiation and participation in projects pertaining to overall improvement in the field of customer service;
- ASP capability and capacity assessment;
- ASP performance review and enhancement
- Spare parts and finished goods planning
Your competences
- A Bachelor degree (HBO level) or above
- A high spoken and written proficiency in English is a requirement. (Mandarin language is preferred but not a must)
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in service support to service centres and authorized service providers is preferred. However, we also welcome recent graduates to apply, as long as you have the right attitude and drive for the job!
- Intermediate/ advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Point and Word;
- Mathematical
- Good communications skills;
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Good analytical skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and prioritize projects;
- Ability to think creatively and to produce new ideas and concepts;
- Attention to detail, ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary;
- Quick thinking and open minded;
