BenQ SW271C abnormal monitor power on issue and a free replacement program with brand new monitor

Service Statement

BenQ adheres to the principle of serving customers first and providing users with high quality products. As such, we will voluntarily provide a free replacement service with brand new monitors for SW271C monitors produced in March 2022.
For a small quantity of monitors affected, one of the components in the power management and delivery system is unable to power on properly, generally after prolonged use. This is due to a production defect.
Based on our dedication to providing consumers with the most reliable products and satisfying experiences, BenQ will provide a free replacement service with brand new monitors sent to consumers affected by the issue. For related inquiries and replacement procedures, please refer to the following steps.

 

Replacement Process

Step 1. Check the back of the monitor to find the serial number on the product label as shown

Step 2. Enter your monitor serial number (total 13 digits) in the field below to confirm it is covered by the program.

Step 3. If your monitor is covered, please fill out the service form, and BenQ will exchange a brand new monitor (Same Model) for you, free of charge.

 

Additional Information
  • Program duration: until March 31, 2023.

  • The replacement unit will be guaranteed for three years from the date of shipping out of BenQ facilities.
