When connecting to a MacBook Pro 2019 and switching USB-C configuration from USB 3.1 Gen1 to USB 2.0, the monitor sometimes doesn't get a signal from randomly. Why is that?

Data output from MacBook Pro 2019 becomes unstable when the USB-C port is switched from USB 3.1 to the USB 2.0 standard. Restart your Mac to resolve the issue.  (You could keep the monitor’s USB 2.0 configuration and don’t need to revert to USB 3.1)
