Czech gamers got possibility to represent Czech Republic at the World Championship in PC gaming in Paris and fight for 200 000 USD!
Czech PC gamers got new challenge. The gaming portal Grunex.com bought the licence to organize an official Czech qualification for the Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC). This is one of the most prestigious gaming events in the world and BenQ decided to support the Czech qualification.
Five online qualification tournaments will be played on the webportal Grunex.com until Saturday 17th September. Czech gamers can participate in two well known games – popular strategy game StarCraft 2 and football simulator FIFA 11 that is played on gaming console PlayStation 3. The national qualification winners will attend the grand final in Paris that will take place on Paris Games Week in Porte de Versailles.
Grandfinal will start on October 21st and last till October 25. The ESWC organizers expect a huge audience and are preparing special grandstand next to the gaming arena to provide gamers the best sport environs. Total prizemoney for winners is announced up to 200,000 USD!
