BenQ Recognised for Design Excellence at iF DESIGN AWARDS 2025

LONDON, 10 APRIL 2025 – BenQ, a global leader in visual display technology, has enriched its legacy of design excellence by winning this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD for its professional monitors: Mac-compatible MA Series for all-around Mac and MacBook users; PD Series with precise colour accuracy with Display ColorTalk software, designed for creative professionals; and the programmer’s choice RD Series with expert-approved clarity and eye-care features. The accolade underscores BenQ’s commitment to creative and sustainable design that keeps customer satisfaction at its core.

Held in Hamburg in its 70^th year, the annual iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 received more than 11,000 product entries from 66 countries, proving to be one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. With an internationally acclaimed panel of 131 jurors from 23 countries adhering to strict evaluation criteria – Idea, Form, Function, Differentiation, Sustainability – BenQ solutions were selected, confirming compliance with the criteria and meeting the specified standards. The iF Design Award Night will be celebrated in Berlin on 28 April 2025 to bestow the glamorous awards on the winners.

MA Series Monitors for MacBook

The 27” and 32” 4K MA Series monitors were honoured for their sophisticated design in the Product and Computer categories. These monitors are ideal for MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and Mac Mini users who rely on external monitors for professional use. PD Series Monitors for Professional Design

The PD Series, BenQ’s ultimate colour-accurate monitor line for 3D artists and graphic designers, received the Product and Computer design award as well. Integrated with the proprietary built-in Display ColorTalk colour calibrator, another of this year’s iF-winning solutions, it supports 95% P3 colour gamut and enables precise colour matching between PD monitors and MacBooks. The Series features fully ergonomic stands, seamless PC and Mac connectivity, and the BenQ-exclusive wireless Hotkey Puck, allowing quick adjustments to brightness, contrast, and volume, with easy switching between colour modes, inputs, and devices.

RD Series Monitors for Programming

The RD Series, the world’s first monitors custom-crafted to meet the unique and extensive needs of software developers, also won a Product and Computer award for its elegant and highly functional design. Offering excellent text clarity thanks to its 4K resolution and specialised coding modes, the series features BenQ’s exclusive Nano Matte Panel, which provides anti-glare and anti-reflective properties. With its unique MoonHalo backlight, Night Hours Protection, and Brightness Intelligence Gen2 for ambient light detection and auto-adjustment, the RD Series offers utter clarity even in the darkest environments.
