IAM is designed to minimise the workload of IT staff so they can focus on other tasks. Access the IAM admin console directly from your browser to easily manage user accounts and permissions.

Instant directory synchronisation

Simplify the task of user account provisioning by connecting IAM to Azure Active Directory. When you create, deactivate, or modify user accounts in Azure, the changes will be automatically applied to IAM in real time to save time and reduce your workload.

Centralised user management

Manage user access for your school’s staff to BenQ services such as AMS, DMS, X-Sign, and X-sign Broadcast. IAM gives you the option to assign different levels of access for increased flexibility and security.

Streamlined account creation

Import users directly from ClassLink, Azure AD, Google Workspace, an LDAP server, or other SAML-based identity providers and update databases with the click of a button.
