About PsychoPrat
Founded in 1951, PsychoPrat is a private higher education institution dedicated to psychology training, with two campuses located in the centre of Paris and Lyon. The school is recognised for their quality training and innovative educational approach, which equips future professionals with both practical and theoretical skills.
PsychoPrat Innovates Psychology Education
The existing technology across the campus was outdated and still relied on VGA connections. Combined with slow, inefficient setups, this hindered PschyoPrat's ability to deliver modern, practical psychology training. On top of this, the learning experience varied between campuses due to inconsistent classroom equipment. PsychoPrat were looking to tackle these issues, and also required some classrooms to have easy-to-set-up video/audio capture to host conferences and facilitate hybrid classes and events between Paris and Lyon.
Inspired by their mission to provide real-world skills through innovative training, PsychoPrat launched a classroom renovation process. The first phase, carried out during the summer of 2022 and into 2023, focused on upgrading outdated audiovisual devices.
Reliable Education Solutions for an Interactive Classroom Experience
With the restricted connectivity and aging - or in some cases, obsolete - equipment no longer meeting quality expectations, PsychoPrat needed a solution that could seamlessly blend technology with effective teaching.
After a consultation phase, Netsupra was selected as the service provider. In partnership with BenQ France, they proposed and implemented a suite of solutions that not only addressed the school’s challenges but streamlined the teaching experience.
This revamp included outfitting both campuses with audiovisual solutions, such as interactive displays, digital signage, and projectors, for a consistent learning experience.
4x RM8604, 1x RM7503, 2x RM8603, and 2x RP8603 interactive displays, 10x ST5502 digital signage, and 7x LH890UST projectors were installed across both campuses. The selection of BenQ products was driven by their intuitive design, superior performance, and the fact that they could easily overcome the spatial and technical challenges in the campuses.
Education solutions experts at BenQ France supported Netsupra during the integration by arranging comprehensive training sessions for the instructors on the features of the devices. With these new devices, PsychoPrat overcame connectivity challenges, streamlined device management, and provided consistent, high-quality teaching tools in all classrooms. These solutions delivered crisp visuals and smooth interactivity, allowing teachers to present collaborative lessons Their Way, but easier.
Outcome
With new education technologies in place, both instructors and students can now enjoy user-friendly features such as interactive whiteboarding, secure file access, high-resolution projection, and much more. The improved classroom experience has captured users’ imagination and received appreciation from both instructors and students. Looking ahead, PsychoPrat plans to expand this technological shift to new facilities in 2025, further advancing cutting-edge technology in psychology education.
