Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by BenQ Europe B.V. (“BenQ”), Meerenakkerweg 1-17, 5652AR, Eindhoven, Netherlands

2. The Promotion is open to residents of the European Union (including the United Kingdom), who’s membership registration is made on the BenQ European Webshops**. Employees of BenQ are not eligible for the Promotion.

3. The Promotion shall commence on Oct 7 2022 to Oct 18, 2022, both days inclusive. Any registration received prior or after the Promotion period will not be eligible for entry.

4. The €10 coupon will be valid until Nov 30, 2022 and released to qualified registration on daily base during the Promotion period.

5. The €10 coupon will be applied for the products in BenQ Webshop, but exclude the products in ZOWIE Webshop.

6. Eligible entrants who have won the ‘Lucky Draw Prize V6000’ will be informed by Nov 1st, 2022. The winner is to confirm with a response to the originated email, within 7 working days of receipt. A redraw will be conducted if the winner does not respond within the specified time.

7. The prize V6000 is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

8. In the event the prize V6000 is unavailable, BenQ reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal value.

9. BenQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant for non-validity or to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion as BenQ sees appropriate by law.

10. All participants agree with the listed terms and conditions.
