I've been getting a message saying “use an original remote to set this up” when I try to set up and use the remote control. What does this mean and how can I address this issue?

This happens due to an incomplete pairing of the QS02 Android TV dongle with its Android TV remote control. Please make sure pairing is successful and complete, then proceed to adjust settings to your preference.
