Why is AQCOLOR Pilot (AQP) unable to properly and consistently detect a monitor in a multi-monitor setup?

Make sure the monitor is connected to your computer via USB-C or HDMI/DisplayPort plus a USB upstream-capable cable, and set PROJECTION or Multiple Displays to Extended mode on your computer.

Then, re-click the AQP icon in the system tray, then go to Connected devices, then Check connected devices to manually detect and connect the monitor.
