VS20:
USB peripherals: The VS20 is equipped with two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port. Any all-in-one video conference device connected will be automatically detected and set as the default device.
Supported camera codecs: The VS20 supports both MJPEG and H.264 codecs, which are commonly used by most web cameras.
All-in-one video conference devices or speakerphone devices: These devices have built-in echo cancellation features and are compatible with the VS20.
If you are using a single web camera via the VS20 Host USB-A port, please follow the guideline below:
Single web camera with built-in microphone: If your web camera has a built-in microphone, only the camera feature will be supported. In this case, you can choose the 'InstaShow Button Microphone" option in Teams or any other video conferencing app.
Built-in speakers on connected display: If you connect a display with built-in speakers via the HDMI output port, the speakers will NOT be supported in hybrid video conference scenarios.
Single speaker connected to the VS20 host: If you connect a single speaker directly to the VS20 host, the speakers will NOT be supported. It is recommended to use speakerphone devices via a single USB-A 3.0 port (instead of using two separate USB-A ports for two individual devices).

The quality of the network may impact the compatibility between the external All-in-one Video Conference Device and the built-in microphone of the VS20. In cases where the pickup quality is poor, we’d recommend disabling one of them.
VS10:
To utilize the VS10 effectively, it is important to note that its requirements are quite similar to the VS20. However, there are a few noteworthy distinctions. The VS10 is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports, providing convenience for various peripheral connections. On the other hand, unlike the VS20, the VS10 does not come with a built-in microphone. Consequently, users will need to acquire an all-in-one video conferencing device in conjunction with their use of the VS10.
