Why doesn't my Miracast name sync with my BenQ Board's name?

To sync the Miracast name with BenQ Board's name, please ensure the name adheres to the following guidelines:

•  Uppercase letters (A-Z) 
•  Lowercase letters (a-z) 
•  Numbers (0-9) 
•  Hyphen (-) 
•  Underscore (_)
•  Keep it within 22 characters

 If BenQ Board's name contains any unsupported special characters, the Miracast name will default to Miracast-xxxx.
