If a meeting room resource is newly created in Google Calendar, the Google Calendar API may take several days to start syncing with BenQ MeetingRoom. During this time, updates from Google Calendar might not immediately sync with BenQ MeetingRoom.
This is a known issue reported by Google (Google Issue Tracker ID: 427804095).
