Why can't a display be added into DMS Local?
Why can't the unit be turned on using DMS Local?
1. Ensure that WOL (Wake-on-LAN) setting is supported by this model and enabled on the display.
2. Ensure that the display is connected to the network via the LAN (RJ-45) port. Wake-on-LAN does not work over a Wi-Fi connection.

What color meter can I use to calibrate the display?
For accurate calibration results, please only use BenQ color meters to calibrate the display. Color meters from any other manufacturers are not recommended.

No, the position of OSD menu cannot be changed to portrait.
Why the schedule is not working?
1. Make sure the date & time of the unit is set correctly.
2. Make sure the repeat mode & time of the schedule is set correctly.
3. Make sure the status of the schedule is turn on.
4. If multiple schedule had been set, make sure only one of the status is turn on.
