Check your license verification within the Google Admin console. On the "Billing" page under your "Subscriptions", only those marked G Suite for Education - Free Subscription are eligible to purchase the Jamboard Education License.

**Please note, the following are not qualified for the Jamboard Education License:

1. Domains that end in .edu do not automatically qualify; Domain must be a G Suite for Education subscriber (Sign Up Here)

2. Customers with a G Suite for Education Trial do not qualify

3. Customers with G Suite for Non-profit, Business or Enterprise do not qualify

1.  Google will perform a one-time migration of your license to the education edition in the next few months. BenQ will reach out to you to resubmit your order, this time at zero cost, to facilitate the update. There will be no changes to the product or functionality as part of this update, and no additional cost to you.

2. Once the new order has been submitted, you will see the Jamboard Education License terms of service. Upon agreement, you will be assigned the new Jamboard Education License.
