Searching for devices in Local Delivery Mode

Local Delivery allows different displays to be connected over the same local network. This is an introduction to viewing devices in Local Delivery Mode. Click here to watch the demonstration video.

To open Local Delivery Mode:

1. Launch X-Sign Designer and select Local delivery.

Note: If X-Sign Designer is already open, you can select Delivery > Local Delivery from the top menu.

2. The Device window will appear showing all the local devices currently connected to the network.

3. Select the device you want to edit from the list and then select any of the following items.

A. Edit Device - Click this button to bring up the device name window. Click the text and enter the new name for your device.

B. Stop Device - Click this button to stop the content on the current device.

C. Flash the screen - Click this button so that the device will flash a black screen. This function will help you identify a specific display when multiple devices are connected to the local network.
