The front USB-C port of the DP1310 can charge mobile phones or tablets with a maximum PD (Power Delivery) of 36W (depending on the specific model). The rear USB-C port can charge laptops with the full PD 100W specification.
If charging doesn't work, possible reasons may be devices and cables, your laptop, and the DP1310 itself:
- Devices and cables
1. Unplug and replug the charging device to ensure there is no
connectivity issue
2. Check if the device in question recharges using other methods, for
example a power bank
3. Replace the USB cable with another that's also PD-certified
- Laptop:
Check that the USB-C port on your laptop supports charging
- DP1310:
First, check that the DP1310 is in a power-on state (the front LED will
be lit). If charging doesn't work while in a power-on state, please turn
off the DP1310 and disconnect the power adapter and the DP1310. Then
reconnect the power adapter and turn on the DP1310 again to confirm
whether the problem is solved.
