- Drivers:
Verify that the latest version of the DisplayLink driver is installed on your
laptop. If you have the newest version of the DisplayLink driver but still
experience problems, try removing the power adapter of the DP1310 and
completely removing and reinstalling the DisplayLink driver while
disconnecting your laptop from the DP1310.
For instructions on completely removing the DisplayLink driver, please refer
to here for more information
- Cable:
Try replacing different video cables (HDMI, DisplayPort) and use the provided
USB-C cable.
