Split screen functionality works with InstaShow Button and AirPlay.

What is EZC-5201BS?

BenQ EZC-5201BS is an optional accessory for part of BenQ projectors for wireless projection use with 1080p 16:9 content.

EZC-5201BS supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz network and is in compliance with wireless standards up to 802.11ac.

If you're pairing with the 4:3, 16:10, 1:1, or non-standard impact screen, your image might be distorted while connecting. 

While connecting with golf-use, please check your launch monitor connectivity type : 

• Wired (CAT 6 cable to PC): Supported > e.g., Uneekor QED, EYE XO, EYE XO2
• Bluetooth (to iPad/iPhone): Supported >  e.g., Garmin R10
• Wi-Fi (to PC/iPad/iPhone): Not supported > e.g., Mevo

It could be about the display mode you select on your laptop, please follow the instruction below to fix it. 

If you are using a Windows laptop:

1. Press Windows Key + P to open the projection option and select Extended Display.

2. Open the OSD menu of your BenQ projector, select Display > Screen Fill.

3. Right-click on your PC desktop. Select Display Settings, then confirm Display resolution is set to
    Recommended.

4. Select Advanced display settings.

The maximum distance supported by the wired remote control is 10 meters.

Yes, this feature is supported to project images onto an uneven surface with warping patterns from 5x3, 10x5, 15x9, and 24x15 to fulfill your demand.
You can enable warping by going to: Installation > Geometry > Warping

Please note that:

• Auto Screen Fit, Focus, Corner Fit, and Keystone will be not available for adjustment once warping is enabled
• Warping will be not available for adjustment once Screen Fill is set to 16:10, 4:3, or 1:1

Yes, this feature is supported, but please note that devices connected via the USB-C port require a USB-C cable and must support DisplayPort Alt Mode (version 1.1 or above) to project videos.
In terms of the specifications for the USB-C cable, please choose a cable with USB-IF certification.

Any 3D active shutter glasses that support 96 to 144Hz frequency and synchronous DLP-Link are compatible with BenQ projectors with 3D features. 

However, there may be differences in signal reception capabilities for different brands (affecting the projected image and 3D glasses synchronization distance). 

Please also note that if the projector does not support 3D features, the 3D glasses will not work.

Regarding the CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) functionality on BenQ projectors. We understand your expectation for full bi-directional CEC support. However, after careful consideration of usage scenarios, we have designed our projector to limit CEC control to one-way communication.

This approach helps avoid unintended behaviors such as powering on all connected source devices simultaneously when the projector sends a CEC power-on command. In certain setups, this could cause user inconvenience or confusion. Additionally, it is important to note that not all source devices respond consistently to CEC commands—some may ignore power-on signals altogether.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we will continue to work on the possible implementation of bi-directional CEC features in future updates and models. Should you have any further questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out.

High-brightness projectors are engineered to deliver exceptional luminance, making them ideal for environments with strong ambient light, such as large conference rooms, auditoriums, or outdoor settings. 

Achieving this high brightness often involves technical trade-offs that can influence color reproduction.For users who are more sensitive to color accuracy, we recommend choosing the medium Lumens projectors with pure RGB color source and high color space such as our W4000i, W2720i and W5850, or you may provide us with the usage scenario and we’ll recommend the most suitable model for you.

Please check the following settings to correct this issue. 

1. If the source gives the correct 3D information to the projector, the projector will switch to 3D automatically.
   If your source is from PC or steaming content, please select the correct 3D format via OSD Display > 3D > 3D mode.
2. Check the user manual and make sure that the resolution of your content supports 3D.
3. Press the DLP Link button on your 3D glasses to resync the projector and 3D glasses.
4. Please try to change the HDMI EDID setting to Standard.
5. Make sure that no other Projectors are sending DLP Link signals in the same room.
6. Watching in a relatively dark environment to avoid being influenced by other light sources.
7. Check the battery level on your DLP 3D Glasses
8. Adjust the watching distance and screen size within a normal range(Specs)
9. Stay in a fixed position, and try not to move too far/quickly on your head/3D glasses.
10. Try to adjust a colorful setting on the projector and avoid external light direct to your 3D glasses/screen.
11. If it's still not working, the issue might be caused by Hardware margin. You can switch to another projector or 3D glasses for a try.

The projector is using the pattern below to do focus adjustment.

To have a better focus adjustment, please make sure:

• The pattern below is visible, unobscured, or unbroken throughout the focus process.
• The wall or physical screen you use is flat without curves or bumps.

The projector is using the pattern below to do Auto Screen Fit.

Auto Screen Fit would not work if the pattern is invisible, obscured, broken, or not in the range of your physical screen throughout the process.
