Supersize Your Movie Experience with BenQ GV30’ GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

1.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants are eligible to win the prize even if they have not purchased any BenQ product. A purchase will not change your chances of winning.  This Giveaway is sponsored by BenQ Europe BV. (“BenQ”), Meerenakkerweg 1-17 5652 AR, Eindhoven, the Netherlands

2.   PRIZE AND DRAWINGS. Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Frigidaire EPM102-RED Gadgy Hot Air Popcorn Maker (retail value around €32) and One (1) Winner will receive one(1) BenQ treVolo S Electrostatic Speaker (retail value around €199)every month during the event. A total of ten (10) Hot Air Popcorn Makers and two (2) BenQ treVolo S will be gifted during the event. All applicable taxes related to the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the above prize product is not available at the time of the award, an equivalent or better product will be awarded in its place. Prize is non-transferable.

3.  ENTRY PERIOD. Starts on 1 March, 2022 at 12:01 AM UTC and ends on 30 April 2022, at 11:59 PM UTC.

4.  TO ENTER. To enter the Giveaway, the entrant must follow the instructions on the BenQ Event Page to enter a vote in the Supersize Your Movie Experience with BenQ GV30 event page for one (1) entry to the drawing. Each participant is limited to one (1) entry throughout the Entry Period. 

5.  PRIZE DRAWING. Six (6) winners each month will be randomly selected on the following dates:

Potential winners will be notified by BenQ Europe Facebook (@LookinGreat) and Twitter (@BenQEurope) one (1) day after the drawing date. In order to claim the prize, the potential winner will be required, in BenQ’s sole discretion, to provide a shipping address to which BenQ can ship the prize. The shipping address needs to be provided to BenQ within five (5) days after the date of notification or a new, randomly selected winner will be chosen. Odds of winning are contingent upon the number of valid entries received. In case of a dispute, the decision of BenQ is final. BenQ is not responsible for any late or lost entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. If in BenQ’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, BenQ reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received at of the end of the entry period. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated date, a notification will be posted on the BenQ website. Prize will be delivered via BenQ within 14 business days after the winners have been chosen..

6. .    ELIGIBILITY. The giveaway is open to all legal residents in the EU and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Noncompliance with the time limitations and/or any other term or condition contained herein or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner being selected with a random draw.

7.    ADDITIONAL RULES.

A. Entrants must submit all requisite and complete information. Incomplete and late entries are void. Only one entry is allowed per person and one entry per address (no P.O. Boxes will be accepted). Duplicate or multiple entries will automatically disqualify an entrant. Prizes will only be shipped to a physical address in the EU.

B. All entries become the property of BenQ Europe BV.

C. BenQ Europe will announce the winners on its official Facebook Page ( BenQ@LookinGreat) and Twitter account(@BenQEurope).

D. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. All federal, provincial, state and/or local regulations apply. BenQ reserves the right to modify or cancel this Giveaway at any time with appropriate notice on its website. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an Instagram Post, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address entered. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide BenQ with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

8.   RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE. BenQ-employees, employees from affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees are excluded from the promotion. Dealers and distributors are not allowed to claim on behalf of their customers. Participants need to be residents of a country in the promotion area. The participation is free of charge and unattached to the purchase of goods or services.

9.   DATA PRIVACY. Personal data such as names, addresses, etc. will be saved by BenQ and under proportion of the BenQ Privacy Policy (https://www.benq.eu/en-eu/policy/privacy-policy.html)

These data will be hold in strict confidence and won’t be disclosed to others.

10.   APPROVAL. By sending the submission form the participant approves that they have read and accept the Terms & Conditions. BenQ has the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time. If the participant does not agree with the changes, they might cancel his claim by sending a mail to marcom@BenQ.eu .

Recourse to the courts is not permitted.

11.  RELEASES. BenQ reserves the right to publish and display the names, photographs, audio and visual recordings of the winners, in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without payment or compensation.

Every entrant declares and guarantees to be the rightful author of the Instagram Post and information she/he provides to BenQ..
