TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This contest is open to people aged 18 and over who create and upload an original reel onto Instagram and complete the following actions:

I. Choose one of the two eligible BenQ 5K monitors — MA270S or PD2730S  — and create a picture or design (1080 x 1350 pixels (4:5 ratio) or an original short-form vertical video reel (9:16 aspect ratio, min 40 seconds in length) demonstrating how the chosen monitor fits their personal lifestyle, workspace, or creative workflow.
II. Upload the final reel onto Instagram and in the description, tell why you chose those products, add the hashtags #BenQmymacstyle, #BenQitsmystyle and mention @benq.europe in the description.
III. Follow us on Instagram @benq.europe.

2. Any entries that are considered dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, cruel or fraudulent; or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified. This includes entries which are created or contain assets that are not created by the artist's own hands.

3. The contest is open to Germany, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands only.

4.  Employees or agencies of BenQ or their family members or anyone else connected with the competition judging and winner selection may not enter the competition.

5.  Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6.  Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. In case of multiple entries per person, BenQ reserves the right to decide which entry to include.

7.  The closing date of the competition is the 30th June 2026. Entries uploaded after this time will not be considered.

8.  BenQ Europe B.V. accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

9.  The competition will have 3 prize winners. Each prize winner will receive a monitor of choice between the 2 eligible 5K monitors MA270S and PD2730S. The prize also includes delivery costs. The Organiser reserves the right to grant additional “Special Mention” prizes to any candidate at its sole discretion.

10. After the entry period, the winners will be determined by voting through social media management app (e.g. Shortstack).

11. Any attempts at defrauding the votes will lead to disqualification from the competition.

12. The winners will be notified on Instagram via Direct Message on or shortly after the 15th July 2026 and must respond to BenQ Europe B.V. within 7 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the winner’s prize being forfeited and BenQ Europe B.V. shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and BenQ Europe B.V. shall be entitled to select another winner.

13.  For the prizes to be validated, all winners will be asked to provide the working raw file (raw picture or video) of their contest entry. Failure to provide this will result in the cancellation of the prize and the selection of a new winner.

14. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

15.  BenQ reserves the right, at any point, to cancel the competition. This means no winners will be chosen, and no prizes awarded. If cancellation does occur, competition entrants’ work will remain their own and not be used by BenQ in any circumstances.

16. If you are one of the winners, BenQ Europe B.V. may request that you participate in publicity or promotion organised by BenQ Europe B.V. including a selection of the winners’ entries, which BenQ Europe B.V. will be granted image rights for publicity purposes.

17. Copyright is retained by its respective creator. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Organizer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid-up license (with the right to sublicense to its affiliates) to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the winning entry in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotion and marketing of the Organizer’s brand and products, without further compensation or approval. The winner agrees not to assert any moral right against the Organizer and sublicensee(s).  

18. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and entrants to the Competition submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. Mandatory regulations of the country in which you are resident remain applicable. 

19. BenQ Europe B.V. accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

20. By participating in the present contest , participants explicitly agree that BenQ (the “Organiser”) may collect and process their personal data for the purposes of administering the Contest. For more information on our privacy practices, please review our Privacy Policy HERE.
