TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by BenQ Europe B.V. (“BenQ”), Meerenakkerweg 1-17, 5652AR, Eindhoven, Netherlands
  2. The Promotion is open to residents of the European Union (including the United Kingdom), who’s purchase is made on the BenQ European Webstores**. Employees of BenQ are not eligible for the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion is only available for eligible qualifying orders*
  4. .The Promotion shall commence on Dec 14 2021 to Jan 3, 2022, both days inclusive. Any orders received prior or after the Promotion period will not be eligible for entry.
  5. The €20 ‘Next-order’ coupon (Program #2) will be released to qualified purchaser(s) on Feb 16, 2022, and will be valid until 30th of April 2022.
  6. Eligible entrants who have won the ‘Lucky Draw Prize’ (Program #1) will be informed by Feb 16, 2022. The winner(s) are to confirm with a response to the originated email, within 7 working days of receipt. A redraw will be conducted if the winner(s) do not respond within the specified time.
  7. The prizes (Program #1) are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
  8. In the event the prize (Program #1) is unavailable, BenQ reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal value.
  9. BenQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant for non-validity or to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion as BenQ sees appropriate by law.
  10. All participants agree with the listed terms and conditions.

    *Qualifying Order refers to individual order of any combinations of BenQ/Zowie products, excluding shipping cost and after discount, with a net monetary total equivalent to, or exceeding €79, have “Member Checkout” for checkout, and the purchase is not to be returned or refunded. Please note NOT to use “Guest Checkout” as this is not eligible for participation.
