MOBIUZ European Cup Season 2 - Regulation

  1. There will be six professional FIFA teams to join the BenQ European Cup 2021 July:  Team Gullit (The Netherlands), SV Werder Bremen (Germany), VFL Bochum 1848 (Germany), Udinese Esports (IT), LDLC Olympique Lyonnais (FR), AIK Esports (SE),
  2. All the teams will play with EA FIFA 2021 as the competition game title.
  3. Games will be played on FIFA Ultimate Team

 

 

GROUP STAGE

  1. Two groups of three teams
  2. Teams to play each other TWICE in single matches. No aggregate score
  3. Top Two teams from each group proceed to the knockout stages on day two.

 

 

KNOCKOUT STAGE

  1. The knockout bracket will be seeded using the final group stage standings.
  2. The knockout bracket will be single elimination.
  3. The match format will be a two-legged game, with ET and penalties being used if a game ends in a tie after two legs.
  4. The higher seeded team will be the home team first.
  5. Players only play on PlayStation 5 platform can participate, Xbox and PC players cannot participate. 
  6. There is only one winner over the two legs per match. The winner of the two sub matches, and only the winner, will be awarded 3 points.
  7. If there is a tie at the end of the rounds, with the same amount of points per each team, the placing will be decided on goal difference.
  8. If two teams are still tied, with points and goal difference being the same, the winner will be whoever won the group match between the two teams.

5:30 PM (CEST) SV Werder Bremen (A3) vs Team Gullit(A1)

6:00 PM (CEST) LDLC OL (A2) vs SV Werder Bremen (A3)

 

30 Minute break

 

7:00 PM (CEST) VFL Bochum (B1) vs Udinese Esports (B2)

7:30 PM (CEST) AIK Esports (B3) vs VFL Bochum (B1)

8:00 PM (CEST) Udinese Esports (B2) vs AIK Esports (B3)

 

DAY TWO

 

6.00 PM (CEST) Semi-final one

6.50 PM (CEST) Semi-final two

7.40 PM (CEST) Grand final

Potential scenarios: 

 

  1. In the group stage, W = 3 points, D = 1 point, L = 0 points
  2. If the total score is tied at the end of second match, for example, LDLC OL wins 2-1 at home, and lose 1-2 in national match, total score 3-3, the game will go into extra time and then penalties if it remains a draw after 120 minutes.

BenQ MOBIUZ monitor winner Selection conditions:

 

  1. Subscriber of both @MOBIUZGamingEU and Team Twitter/Instagram.

  2. Bet the final result correctly, (please follow team's instruction accordingly), the fans need to leave the comment under the TEAM's social media, bet under BenQ MOBIUZ’s social media doesn’t count.
  3. The team will draw randomly and select the winners from their social media posts.
  4. A maximum of 1 monitor can be won per person.

  5. The final explanation rights of winner selection are reserved at BenQ Europe and participant FIFA teams.
