How can I check if my tabletop material is suitable for the BenQ Ergo Arm BSL / BDL Series?

Here are the conditions to check for your desk:

Tabletop Material: If your desk is made of any of the following materials, or if the surface is prone to denting or includes glass, we recommend using a reinforced plate such as BenQ BSL / BDL01 (reinforced version) or an additional third-party reinforcement plate for installation:

 

．Hollow tabletop

．Honeycomb boards

．MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)

*Tabletop Thickness: The tabletop thickness must be between 1 cm and 5 cm.*

 

In summary, if your desk has a tabletop material that is prone to damage or is hollow, it is recommended to use a reinforcement plate for proper support.
