1. Ensure the video cable is directly connected to your PC and the monitor
without using a docking station. For Mac devices with M-series chips, some
cannot sync with BenQ monitors via HDMI, so it’s recommended to use a
Thunderbolt 3/4 (USB-C) or USB-C to DisplayPort cable when using Display
Pilot/Display Pilot 2.
2. Ensure the DDC/CI in the monitor’s menu is enabled.
3. Double-click the .dmg file and Drag and Drop the icon of Display Pilot 2 to
Applications for the installation.
4. Disable Anti-Virus software before Display Pilot 2 installation.
5. Turn on Control Permissions for Display Pilot 2 in Privacy & Security in Accessibility and restart the Mac (Mac OS needed) .
