Why is there no response when pressing the keystone, focus, source, and projector menu buttons on the QS01 remote and how can I resolve this?

Please make sure the dongle's HDMI connector and the its USB power cable are connected to the corresponding HDMI and USB ports listed in the quick start guide or user manual.
