Can I use "Touch Back" on an interactive flat panel?

You can use "Touch Back" on an interactive flat panel under 2 conditions:

1. The touch panel of the interactive panel is functioning (USB HID required)

2. Connect the Host to the interactive panel with a USB cable (USB Touch port
    on the interactive panel)
