If the lamp turns off unexpectedly while you are still seated, the built-in sensor may not be accurately detecting your presence. Please follow these quick steps to optimize the detection:
- Verify your seating position and setup: Ensure the lamp is mounted parallel to the desk at a height of approximately 47.5 cm, and that you are positioned within the 50 to 70 cm detection range directly in front of the lamp.
- Adjust the Presence Detection Timer: If your setup is correct. However, the lamp still turns off (e.g., during periods of deep focus with minimal movement), and you can customize the timer settings.
