If the remote control is not working, please check the following:
1. Make sure EnSpire is logged in.
2. Make sure dongle is inserted.
3. While using the remote control, please check the LED is flickered properly:
a. if there is no flickering, it means that the battery had run out, battery
replacement is needed. If still not working, contact BenQ customer
support.
b. If the LED is showing red, then it means the battery is about to run out.
Change battery immediately.
c. If it is flickering normally, and dongle seemed installed properly, remote
control still not working, please contact BenQ Support immediately.
