Why is the speaker unable to receive and play audio from source devices?

For Bluetooth connections, please make sure that:

1. In the audio menu of the Bluetooth device, select “treVolo U stereo” as the
    output.

2. To use the speaker to play music and sound for content on your PC, enter
    the audio menu of your PC and select the PC itself as the microphone
    and “treVolo U stereo” as the speaker.

3. To use the speaker for online courses or calls on your PC, enter the
    audio menu of your PC and select “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio”
    as the microphone and “treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio” as the speaker.

For wired audio, consult these:

1. If you are connecting a Mac or iPad, enter the computer/tablet’s audio
    menu and search for and select “external headphones” as the output device.

2. If you are connecting a Windows notebook, enter the computer’s audio
    output menu and select the computer itself as the output device.

3. If the supplied audio cable is unable to create a connection, try connecting
    headphones with a 4-pin cable to test if your device is able to receive audio.
    If it is able to receive audio via the headphones, follow the instructions
    above to switch audio devices.
