Within our HR Department we are looking for a young professional for the position of HR Officer to strengthen our team. This position is on-site in our office in Eindhoven and fulltime position. You will proactively support employees and management regarding labour law issues, recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR policies, IND (Immigratie en Naturalisatiedienst) related questions and sickness absence. Next to this you are responsible for the salary and personnel administration.
Core tasks
- Expatriate support: providing support to employee/manager regarding IND related questions (visa/highly skilled migration regulation etc.);
- Recruitment: recruiting/interviewing for vacancies and keeping contact with (temporary) agencies;
- Manage conflict occurrence and/or labour law related issues;
- Personnel administration: maintaining and updating data in HR personnel system and organizing contracts;
- Employee benefits: coordinating employee performance and appraisal, pension, and health insurance;
- Sickness absence: follow up on reintegration and procedures as stated in sick leave policy;
- Regular review and update of policies and procedures to ensure that it meets the legal obligations (CAO);
- Salary administration; processing all data for the salaries and coordinating salary payments;
- HR projects; initiate proposals to improve the HR policies and procedures.
If you are...
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Labour Law/Salaris Administratie or related field;
- Couple of years relevant HR experience (preferable in an international organization);
- You know how to communicate in a clear, fluent manner with all levels;
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is a hard requirement;
- Team player, self-motivated, easy-going and self-educating.
And you have...
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, personnel HR system;
- Logical problem solving, open personality;
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legal regulations.
