We are looking for someone who is pro-active, driven, solution-oriented, and patient to join our Technical Support Engineer (TSE) team within the Customer Care Department.

As a TSE, you will need to ensure the after-sales product quality, repair quality, and any technical support from our call center and installers.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd tier technical support for customers across Europe
  • Assist installation partners during the installation process
  • Deliver training to contact centers and service partners
  • Support quality management initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI) quality monitoring
  • Regular travels to the office in Eindhoven, NL
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits within Europe with short notice (up to 1-day advance notice)
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot product-related issues, identifying and implementing solutions

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience, ideally in the projector or large display industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to clearly explain technical solutions in simple English—even to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with standard operating systems such as Windows and macOS
  • Basic knowledge of networking, including firewall configuration and network setup
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
