Under current circumstances, a more restricted daily schedule such as working from home is in place, with limitations on social contact with our family and friends. BenQ’s priority is for everyone, both you and our colleagues, to stay healthy - because it matters to us.
In our current restricted daily lives, we are keeping our BenQ Webshop running in a safe way, so that you are still able to get access to our products during your time at home. This can be: a new professional or home office monitor to facilitate working from home; or a new home projector or entertainment monitor to keep yourself entertained during these times. You can order via our website and we will make sure that our assigned delivery service (UPS) will bring it to your door safely. Please be advised, when ordering from the BenQ Webstore, the UPS delivery time may be longer than usual. Our Customer Service colleagues are available weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 CET (Fridays until 17:00 CET), to support you with any service related questions. As our Customer Service colleagues are also working under different conditions than usual, there may be a longer waiting time on the phone, or a delayed response via email. If these delays do occur, we do apologise, as we are doing everything possible to make our service run smoothly and effectively. In case the situation gets more critical, we might be required to temporarily shut down the phone line. If there is a close of the phone lines, you can still contact us instantly via our live chat (and of course email).
