No. Only the meeting host needs to run the VS Assist app on their PC, and then activate “InstaShow Display”, “InstaShow Camera” and “InstaShow Audio” in the video conferencing app. Other presenters (non-hosts) can present simply using InstaShow’s normal plug-and-play capabilities.
