We recommend a minimum 20 Mbps network bandwidth, 4 GB RAM and 300 MB of available disk space.
If you still encounter poor signal quality, try the steps below to reduce latency:
1. Switch off any video streaming to release more network resources.
2. Change the microphone setting from “InstaShow Audio” to “InstaShow Button Microphone” in
Teams or your video conferencing app. Unlike “InstaShow Button Microphone”, activating
“InstaShow Audio” turns on all the VS20 button microphones and sends their audio data to the
receiver thereby requiring greater network capacity.
