BenQ #BenQShareUrChillSpace EW3280U Social Media Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: The #BenQShareUrChillSpace EW3280U Social Media Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is held and administered by BenQ Europe (hereinafter referred to as “BenQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on our official accounts of Facebook and Twitter (collectively referred to as “Social Media”). By taking part in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) and by our decisions, which are final and exclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
   
   
   
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is free to enter and open to all residents of Europe, aged 18 and over. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must be submitted by an individual, and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per person. Entries can be submitted on either Twitter or Facebook but only one entry will count. This Promotion is not open to employees of BenQ, BenQ influencers, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, and their families. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in our absolute discretion for any reason without notice, including not complying with these Terms or applicable laws.
   
   
   
3. Timing: The Promotion starts on Monday 22 June 2020 and will end on Monday 20 July 2020. Any entries outside of this period will not be counted. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
   
   
   
4. Entries: An entry is completed when the entrant has used their Social Media account to (1) BenQ Polska Facebook page @BenQPL or BenQ Europe Twitter Account @BenQEurope, and (2) like AND reply to the #BenQShareUrChillSpace EW3280U Promotion post on BenQ Social Media with a Picture using the hashtag #BenQShareUrChillSpace #EW3280U. Your post should show us How You Would Use the EW3280U monitor or Why You Need one, and must be set public. BenQ assumes no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or unavailable to our Social Media search and tracking tool for any reason whatsoever.
   
   BenQ respects the intellectual property rights of others including but not limited to copyrights, trademark, moral rights, and rights of publicity. You must not use any other person’s text, picture, portrait, work, or intellectual property to enter this Promotion unless you are expressly authorized by the right holder to do so. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Misappropriation and plagiarism will result in disqualification or cancellation of prize. BenQ reserves the rights to hold you liable for any violation thereof.
   
   
5. Prize: There are two units and there will be two winners, each one receiving one BenQ EW3280U Monitor (rrp €799). The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no product substitution or cash alternatives for prizes. Any images of the prizes are for illustration purpose only and do not necessarily exactly represent the contents of the prize.
   
   
   
6. Winners:  BenQ and a board of EW3280U influencers will select 2 winners who have made the most interesting or original entry at the end of the Promotion period on Monday 20 July 2020. Winners will be announced in week 31 (27 July – 2 August 2020) after the end of the Promotion period.
   
   
   
7. Notification: The winners will be notified via Facebook or Twitter (Post and/or DM) and must respond to notification of their prize within 48 hours. If no response has been received within the 48 hour, BenQ may withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner without any compensation to the original winner.
   
   
   
8. Fulfilment: The prize will be delivered to the winner to their postal address in Europe. The winners are at their own responsibility to ensure that they have a valid address to receive the prize in Europe.

10. Consent and Permissions to Collect, Process and Use Personal Data: By entering this Promotion, you agree that BenQ may collect, process and use your personal data and contact you through your Social Media account, which you use to participate, for the purpose of this Promotion. You agree and authorize that BenQ may use your Social Media account name and likeness to promote the Promotion and announce the winner via news channels, on websites and social media, such as tagging you and reposting your entry. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please immediately contact our Administrator for further assistance.
    
    
    
11. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. BenQ reserves the rights to change, update and replace these Terms at any time without further notice.
