BenQ’s VS20 Wireless Presentation Solution Delivers Seamless Hybrid Meetings with Optimal Sound Quality with New Plug-and-Play InstaShow® Button Microphones
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, 27 MARCH 2023 - BenQ, an internationally renowned innovator of professional display technology and interactive collaboration solutions, have launched the InstaShow® VS20, the latest generation of its wireless presentation systems that offers smooth 4K visuals, new intuitive plug-and-play microphones, and router-level information security for effective hybrid meetings.

The InstaShow® VS20 offers natural plug-and-play operation for meeting attendees to simply plug in the InstaShow® Button to start presenting. As a fully integrated video conferencing solution to transform any space into a state-of-the-art hybrid meeting room, the InstaShow® VS20 wirelessly consolidates all meeting equipment, such as cameras and speakers, via the InstaShow® VS Assist app to flexibly sync onsite meetings and remote participants while reducing hosting responsibilities.
New for VS20, the InstaShow® Button now features an integrated omnidirectional microphone optimised with a four-way voice reception design that can pick up sound within a 5-foot (1.5m) radius. Presenters can simply plug in their presentation materials and speak freely via the InstaShow® Button Microphones for video conferencing in any huddle room. The wireless cascade microphone allows for real-time voice pickup from multiple InstaShow® Buttons and uses algorithmic voice mixing to ensure clearer collaboration. This system can be expanded with up to 32 InstaShow® Buttons and provides stable wireless transmission up to 65 feet (20m), making it suitable for medium to large conference rooms.
The smooth 4K video and wireless microphone transmission quality of InstaShow® VS20 is underpinned by its own discrete router. This router utilises a router-level chipset with Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) for reliable Wi-Fi stability. Additionally, it features CVSS 3.0-certified information security protected by WPA2 authentication with AES 128-bit encryption.
InstaShow® VS20 also offers industry-leading solutions for hybrid meeting rooms, including 4-way split screen capability, HID touchback control, and both HDMI or USB-C connectivity with laptops.
InstaShow® VS20 will be available in the UK from May 2023 onwards.
