BenQ, the globally renowned display manufacturer, has secured prestigious partnerships with world leading software providers to create the complete meeting room solution for customers. With video conferencing, remote control and integrated calendars as standard and options to incorporate digital work spaces, cloud services and security, this presents a truly agnostic solution to support all BenQ customers.

The BenQ interactive display portfolio and digital signage panels now incorporate solutions from Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMware, Zoom, McAfee, Blizz by TeamViewer and Meeting Room 365. This ensures that devices are flexible and suitable for every meeting room, home office and education facility as well as BYOD environments. Through these partnerships, BenQ’s products are leading the way in supporting clients with IoT connectivity and transitioning their working practices to the cloud, negating the need for localised VPNs, streamlining operations and enhancing the user experience in support of hybrid learning and home working patterns.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

In conjunction with BenQ’s status as an Advanced Technology Partner of Amazon and collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), BenQ displays encompass a complete cloud services and management portfolio.

VMware

The remote working flexibility is furthered through the partnership with VMware, making its virtual desktops and applications accessible to BenQ customers. This enables desktops to be virtualised and hosted remotely, providing a single platform to end users that can all be accessed across all devices and locations, via its cloud services.

Zoom

The partnership with Zoom has been central to the modernisation of corporate conference rooms and personal offices for efficient and effortless interactive telecommunication. This empowers the users’ video conferencing experience alongside the platform’s chat services, remote screen sharing, content collaboration and whiteboarding with notes.

Meeting Room 365

The partnership with Meeting Room 365 makes it easy to set up meeting room displays, whether in the office or working remotely. A secure connection can be established with Office 365, Exchange or G Suite calendars to manage all engagements from a single dashboard.

McAfee

Completing the full meeting room solution is the partnership with McAfee, ensuring private data is protected and the device’s performance is enhanced with antivirus protection, safe browsing, Wifi security and performance optimisation. McAfee security is embedded into all BenQ devices to provide a complete antivirus solution for enterprise businesses.

“With these software partnerships and product certifications in place, BenQ is fully supporting the migration of the digital workplace to home offices, helping customers thrive in the ‘new normal’ in line with requirements that look like they are going to be in place for quite some time,” said Steve Chu, President of BenQ Europe.

Business owners, SMB presenters and enterprise IT managers can rely on BenQ to support full interoperability and seamless video conferencing. BenQ hands with these software partners will help customers as they migrate to the digital workplace and adapt new working styles. Similarly, integrators and solution providers can confidently recommend certified products with the assurance of complete compatibility and communication, specifying both hardware and software simultaneously to fulfil user requirements.
