Why does my screen always show "No Signal" message for 1~2 seconds after powering on and then become normal again?

08-14-2018

If you use DVI for connection, this phenomenon is normal because the monitor detects the signal from D-sub first. If no signal from D-sub is detected, the monitor will then detect the signal from DVI. During this short period of time when no input signal is detected yet, the display will show "No Signal".

However, if you use D-sub for connection and this issue occurs, please contact BenQ local service center for monitor inspection.
