SW240 End of Support Notice (published on Oct. 16th,2025): Effective from Palette Master Ultimate (PMU) Version 2.6.0.0 and onward, the software will no longer support the SW240 model. Additionally, BenQ will stop supporting SW240 compatibility with newer operating systems after April 15, 2026. Users may continue using version 2.5.1.0 for the SW240 or consider upgrading to a new model for optimal support and performance.
