Eligibility

1. You must be aged 18 or over and complete the required actions explained below.

2. Employees or agencies of BenQ or their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Every participant may only submit one reply.

 4. This event is open to participants residing in France, Germany, United Kingdom and The Netherlands.

Prize

8. After you submit your reply, you will receive a coupon for a 10% discount for a 10% discount for purchasing an MA Series monitor t the online shop of BenQ's official website. The coupon will be valid until 31st July 2026. The coupon code will be sent to the email address you enter in the survey at the moment of submission.

9. We will randomly select 3 winners from participants who have submitted complete replies across all countries to win MA Series monitors. Each winner may choose one monitor from the four active models – MA270U, MA320U, MA270UP, MA320UP. Winners will be notified by email at the email address they enter in the survey at the moment of submission, within 15 days after the closing date.

10. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

Key Dates

11. Closing of Entry: All survey replies must be submitted before 23:59 on 30th April 2026.

12. Closing Date: The event will close on 30th April 2026.

13. Response Deadline to Claim the Prize: No later than 7 days after we notify the winner by email.

Important Conditions

14. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any participant and cancel their prize eligibility without any liability if the participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions, attempts to disrupt the operation of the event, or engages in any conduct that is deemed fraudulent, illegal, or detrimental to the reputation, image, or goodwill of the event, our brand or product.

15. Participation in this event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

16. The monitors will be delivered at no cost to winners under BenQ standard delivery service. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by courier services or customs clearance. BenQ standard commercial warranty will apply to the monitors. Except as set forth in these terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we hereby disclaim all express or implied warranties and representations, and assume no liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of participating in this event or accepting the prize.

17. Any winner who rejects the prize or fails to respond the winning notification by the specified deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and waived any claim against BenQ or its affiliates.

18. BenQ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the event if it cannot be operated as planned due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or force majeure. In such cases, BenQ shall not be liable for awarding any prizes.

19. These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and each participant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. Mandatory regulations of the country in which you are resident remain applicable.

21. The use of the coupon may be subject to the terms and conditions of the BenQ online store. The coupon applies exclusively to models MA270U, MA320U, MA270UP, MA320UP, and MA270S. The coupon cannot be combined with other promotions or used on external platforms. Each order is limited to a maximum of 4 monitors, and the code is valid for one-time use only.
