3. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
4. Employees or agencies of BenQ or their family members may not enter the competition.
5. One entry per person.
6. Each winner may choose one of the following prizes: EX271UZ, EX321UZ, or EX271QZ, subject to availability.
7. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey.
8. Winners must respond within 3 working days of receiving the notification email.
9. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, BenQ reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Eligibility
1. You must be aged 18 or over and complete the required actions explained below.
2. Employees or agencies of BenQ or their family members are excluded from participation.
3. Every participant may only submit one reply.

4. This event is open to participants residing in France, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain.

6. Reply to all questions in the survey.
7. Question #8 in the survey must be answered: Please indicate your favourite model amongst the BenQ MOBIUZ EX Series – EX271UZ, EX271QZ, EX321UZ.
Prize
8. After you submit your reply, you will receive a coupon for a 10% discount for purchasing a MOBIUZ EX Series monitor at the online shop of BenQ's official website. The coupon will be valid until 31st July 2026. The coupon code will be sent to the email address you enter in the survey at the moment of submission.
9. We will randomly select 3 winners from participants who have submitted complete replies across all countries to win MOBIUZ EX Series monitors. Each winner may choose one monitor from the three active models – EX271UZ, EX271QZ, EX321UZ. Winners will be notified by email at the email address they enter in the survey at the moment of submission, within 15 days after the Closing Date.
10. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

13. Response Deadline to Claim the Prize: No later than 7 days after we notify the winner by [email].
Important Conditions
14. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any participant and cancel their prize eligibility without any liability if the participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions, attempts to disrupt the operation of the event, or engages in any conduct that is deemed fraudulent, illegal, or detrimental to the reputation, image, or goodwill of the event, our brand or product.
15. Participation in this event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
16. The monitors will be delivered at no cost to winners under BenQ standard delivery service. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by courier services or customs clearance. BenQ standard commercial warranty will apply to the monitors. Except as set forth in these terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we hereby disclaim all express or implied warranties and representations, and assume no liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of participating in this event or accepting the prize.
17. Any winner who rejects the prize or fails to respond to the winning notification by the specified deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and waived any claim against BenQ or its affiliates.
18. BenQ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the event if it cannot be operated as planned due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or force majeure. In such cases, BenQ shall not be liable for awarding any prizes.
19. These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and each participant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. Mandatory regulations of the country in which you are resident remain applicable.
