Pantone’s Color of the Year 2026: Cloud Dancer

For the 2026 Color of the Year, Pantone has chosen Cloud Dancer (PANTONE 11-4201), a lofty white that reflects a growing desire for calm, clarity, and quiet focus in an increasingly noisy world. An airy, billowy white, Cloud Dancer evokes a sense of serenity and openness, encouraging reflection, creativity, and a fresh perspective.

Laurie Pressman, Vice President of the Pantone Color Institute, described Cloud Dancer as similar to a blank canvas—symbolizing new beginnings and the opportunity to peel away outdated thinking, making space for imagination and new ideas to emerge.
