Why can I not see the video stream in the monitor from the HDMI 2.1 IN port on DP1310?

Please note that HDMI 2.1 OUT Port can only receive the video streaming information from HDMI 2.1 IN Port. If you can not see the video image on the monitor, then it could be :

1. Method of Connection Issue:
Please make sure the docking station and monitor are set up correctly. Please refer to the How To Use Video

2. The connection cables:
Ensure you are using an authorized HDMI 2.1 cable, or you can switch to another cable to see whether you can resolve the issue.

3. Connection Method:
You can also check whether the LED shows the correct color; the LED should be green for the HDMI source.
